Over the next eighteen years, he owned and operated healthcare businesses, learning firsthand what it takes to build sustainable organizations in one of the country’s most regulated industries. Working through licensing requirements, compliance, staffing challenges, referral development, quality improvement, caregiver recruitment, operations, and leadership gave him practical experience that continues to shape the advice he provides today.
Before becoming widely known for consulting, Segun spent nearly two decades building and operating successful healthcare organizations. One of his home health agencies generated more than $1 million in annual revenue for 16 consecutive years before he successfully exited the business.
