This course will provide the basic information about diabetes and explores the signs and symptoms of different types of diabetes as well as complications related to the condition. The course will also provide caregivers with basic techniques to care for patients with diabetes and an understanding of the patient's needs at different stages of the disease. The course will provide descriptive instructions on how to assist diabetic patients with medication administration, insulin administration, glucose monitoring, and diet and exercise plans that help manage diabetes and its complications.
