Observation, Reporting, and Documentation for Caregivers

This course covers the basics of observation, documentation, and reporting of informtaion pertaining to the client's care. The course covers observation techniques that caregivers can utilize to ensure the safety of their clients. It also showcases how to accurately document medical information and report concerns about the client's wellbeing. The course will provide communication skills for caregivers to ensure the client's care team is well informed on the day to day incidents and changes that may happen during their care.
