Emergencies and First Aid in Home Health - 1.5 Hours

An in-depth course for caregivers to prepare them for being able to respond appropriately to a wide variety of common health emergencies. Students will learn about the steps of emergency first aid, how to assess scene safety, and how to activate the emergency response system. This course covers the use of CPR and an introduction to AEDs.
